California Modern architecture meets Australian flare to offer an expansive contemporary home inviting the outdoors in with its innovative u-shape design. Situated on a spacious corner block facing north, this home is created to meet the environmental context of the land. From the entrance is an immaculate Mowbray Blue brick that flows into the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior is drenched in natural light with the centre piece an inground pool and entertaining area. The open plan living area features elegant wood features which are continued throughout the home creating a cohesive design. The judges agreed the home was exceptionally designed with extensive thought put into construction and detail - a true delight to view.
